Gale L. Staff is President and Owner and has been with our firm since 1985. She is a graduate of Cedarville University in Ohio and has significant professional Human Resource experience in commercial banking in Dallas, Texas and Charlotte, North Carolina in both Community and large Commercial Banks. She has attended the Babcock Center for Management Development at Wake Forest University. Gale coordinates all projects for the firm and participates in developing position descriptions, salary administration, and in defining employee relation's policy and communications. She is also active in assisting clients with their recruiting processes and procedures. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. ~ Since 1985 ~ 

Debby Windell, SPHR, a Senior Associate, is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology. She has over eight years human resources experience in banking at First Union/Wachovia where she was responsible for recruiting, employee relations, policy interpretation and training. Prior to that time Debby was manager of the Charlotte office of Manpower Temporary Services. She has had experience creating personnel manuals and position descriptions and utilizes her skills and expertise in all of these areas with John B. Kuhn and Associates. ~ Since 1995 ~

Robin S. Davis, a Senior Associate, is involved with the creation of communications tools for clients of John B. Kuhn and Associates. She obtained her MBA from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill). Her experience in communications and industrial relations in various business settings enhances her ability to utilize her consulting capabilities. ~ Since 2000 ~ 

Michael Ottinger, EA, CFP has 30 plus years of Human Resources management experience with companies such as Squibb Corporation and ITT.  He has also held officer positions with an electronic manufacturer and a financial institution. Mike has a wide range of experience in financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and engineering services. Mike has an undergraduate degree for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned a Master's degree from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. He studied accounting at North Carolina State University. Further professional development courses in benefits, compensation and human resource information systems led to the successful attainment of industry recognized certifications. Mike holds the following designations: CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources), QKA (Qualified 401k Administrator), ARM (Associate in Risk Management) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). ~ Since 2007~

Henry L. Federal (Hank), CCP, Principal of HLF Consulting, LLC, has over 35 years of human resources experience.  He is an expert in compensation structures and variable compensation plans.  Prior to founding HLF Rewards Consulting, Hank was a Principal in the Compensation and Rewards Management Consulting Practice of a large regional human resources consulting firm.  He previously held human resources management positions with a large retail grocery chain and a major financial institution.  ~ Since 2014 ~
